Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

• Products without original packaging.

• Gift cards.

• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

• Your order number

• The reason for your return

• Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective

Our support team will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Mrorushop, we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

• The item received

• The shipping package

• The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with this policy.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
