Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $59 USD.
Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD for orders under $59 USD.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order total before taxes and discounts.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Mrorushop is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has been delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
